We were in Valencia!
The true face of support is revealed in times of greatest hardship. On May 17th, with a wonderful group of therapists from Spain, I spent a day where hands, strength, and a listening ear brought relief to those battling the aftermath of the DANA storm in Valencia. I share this deeply human experience here, one that has changed what I want to do.
At the ALITENAT Center in Alginet, we provided free therapy to people affected by the floods and to the volunteers who tirelessly helped with the rescue and recovery efforts. The idea was clear: to alleviate the stress of their experience, to reconnect body and mind, and to offer a glimmer of hope through holistic approaches.
As a hypnosis expert, I helped many people. Each experience was a reminder of how healing extends beyond the physical: I saw calmer eyes after attentive listening, shoulders releasing tension with a massage, and happy faces after energy therapy. It was a pleasure to be a help in moving forward.

Therapists of all kinds—from acupuncture to hypnosis—came from different parts of Spain. This collaboration showed that well-being is not a luxury, but something everyone should have, and that together we can give it to those who need it most in difficult times.
I vividly remember that 9-year-old girl who, though afraid of the hypnosis, emotionally thanked me for being able to release what was hurting her after experiencing the DANA storm. Those lives are what's truly important.
