How long does a hypnosis session last, and how many sessions do I need?
Each session typically lasts between 40 and 60 minutes. For effective and lasting results with issues such as quitting smoking, anxiety, or habit changes, packages of 3 to 5 personalized sessions are recommended.

How many sessions do I need to see results?
The number varies depending on the issue and the individual. Some clients notice changes from the first session, but for lasting results, we recommend packages of 3 to 5 sessions, which allow us to work thoroughly and consolidate the change.

Are the sessions in person or also online?
We offer both options to suit your needs. Online sessions are conducted via real-time video call, with the same effectiveness and confidentiality as in-person sessions. They can be combined seamlessly. We use Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp video calls, all of which are free.

Is any preparation necessary before the session?
It's only important to have a quiet environment where you can relax and dedicate some time to yourself. Avoid distractions, eat lightly, and avoid stimulants like caffeine right before. For online sessions, headphones are necessary to clearly hear the instructions during the hypnosis.

What if I don't remember what happened during hypnosis?
It's common not to recall details, as the mind is in a state of deep concentration. However, changes occur at a subconscious level and manifest over time in your behavior and emotions.

Is the privacy of my information and sessions guaranteed?
Yes. All personal data and therapies are handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with current data protection legislation. Sessions are private and secure, both in person and online.

What if I don't feel hypnosis is working for me? Hypnosis
is effective for most people, but everyone responds differently. If you don't notice results, we'll review the approach together to tailor the therapy to your needs.

Can I use hypnosis to treat any type of problem?
Hypnosis is a useful complementary tool for anxiety, stress, addictions, fears, and certain emotional disorders. It does not replace a clinical diagnosis or specialized medical treatment when necessary.
