At Hipnosi.cat , we offer personalized hypnosis and personal growth services. Given the specialized and intangible nature of our sessions, the following conditions apply:

  1. No refunds will be issued

    • Once the session has taken place, the payment is non-refundable as it is a professional service that involves time, preparation and resources dedicated exclusively to the client.

  2. Service Expiration

    • The amount paid will expire 3 months from the date of purchase if the reserved session has not been used. After this period, vouchers will not be reactivated nor appointments rescheduled.

  3. Changes or cancellations

    • Rescheduling: If you give at least 48 hours' notice , you can change your appointment at no extra cost.

    • Early cancellation: If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you can apply the payment to a new session within 3 months of the original purchase date. Otherwise, we will assume you are cancelling your session.

  4. Customer commitment

    • Results depend on your active participation. We recommend scheduling sessions within a reasonable timeframe to maximize their effectiveness.
