In Hipnosi.cat , we offer personalized services of hypnosis and personal growth. Given the specialized and intangible nature of our sessions, we apply the following conditions:

1. No refunds are made

   • Once the session is made, the payment is not reimbursable because it is a professional service that implies time, preparation and resources dedicated exclusively to the client.

2. Service expiration

   • The amount paid will expire at 3 months from the date of purchase if the reserved session has not been used. After this period, bonds will not be reactivated or appointments will be reprogrammed.

3. Changes or cancellations

   • Reprogramming: If you warn at least 48 hours in advance , you can change your appointment without additional cost.

   • Early cancellation: If you cancel before 48 hours, you can apply the payment to a new session within 3 months from the original purchase date.

4. Customer commitment

   • The results depend on your active participation. We recommend programming the sessions within a reasonable time to maximize its effectiveness.
